Don't you hate it when othe office group or the home study group decides to take the easy way out and just order pizza? What is a celiac person (especially Mom of a celiac) to do? Just keep one of the pizza's in this book in the freezer ready to go on short notice. You'll have the non-celiacs wanting to trade. Don't even get me started on the cookies...mmmm
I have sampled some of the recipes in this book during pre-publication. I have to say, you would never know they were gluten free. At social functions her baking would be right along side all the other goodies and no one was the wiser. Dawn's dish was always among the first to disappear. She makes wonderful desserts and I am thankful that she has chosen to share her secrets with us!
It is hard enough transitioning to a gluten free diet, but someone with years of experience willing to share the "good" recipes with you, takes away much of the guess work and trauma of going without. I think this book is a must have for anyone on a gluten free diet. I highly recommend it!
